Purpose: At the annual meeting, the election of directors was suspended due to time constraints. At its February 11, 2026, meeting, the Board enlarged the size of the Board to eleven directors. Only eleven candidates are now running for the position of director and further nominations are closed. Thus, the candidates can be added to the Board by acclamation without a vote of membership, but a quorum of the members is needed in person and/or by proxy to add the directors to the Board.
The directors are, Holly Butler (3932 S. Olive Street), Nick Erickson (4172 S. Olive Street), Robert Finkelmeier (3972 S. Olive Street), Casey Funk (3806 S. Magnolia Way), Jack Green (7064 E. Jarvis Place), Lakeshia Allen Horner (3826 S. Magnolia Way), Fred Jorgensen (3818 S. Newport Way), Aaron Levisohn (3701 S. Narcissus Way), Kate Migala (3692 S. Newport Way), Stephen Rohs (4059 S. Niagara Way), and Laura Whalen (3645 S. Oneida Way).
